Project Overview
Pacific Terrace is an occupied mixed-use residential development in South Surrey, British Columbia, currently undergoing a comprehensive building-envelope and glazing-system upgrade.
Working with Pinnacle Glass and Aluminum Ltd., general contractor VPAC and consultant Stantec, SILEX is supplying residential fibreglass windows and doors for Zones 1–4. The project includes white, dual-glazed windows, bay windows, sliding doors and swing doors.
The new fibreglass systems are designed to provide lasting durability, reliable thermal performance and a clean, modern appearance. Installation of the windows and doors is currently 50% complete, with work continuing in carefully coordinated phases throughout the development.
SILEX Fibreglass Windows and Doors
The SILEX products selected for Pacific Terrace combine the strength and dimensional stability of fibreglass with energy-efficient dual glazing. These characteristics make the systems well suited to demanding multi-family residential applications and British Columbia’s changing weather conditions.
The white frames provide a bright, updated appearance while supporting the project’s broader goals for improved building performance, occupant comfort and long-term durability.
