SILEX is proud to be the official window supplier for the Peepeekisis Funeral Home, a project developed by Peepeekisis Cree Nation. As Saskatchewan’s first Indigenous-owned and operated funeral home, the facility marks an important milestone for the Nation and the communities it serves.

Spanning more than 10,000 square feet, the funeral home provides a dedicated space for families to gather, remember loved ones, and take part in culturally meaningful services and ceremonies close to home. Its opening in September 2026 was recognized in an official announcement from Indigenous Services Canada.
