We were delighted with the entire wrap-around service and project experience that Silex provided in our windows and patio door replacement program. While we solicited a number of quotes for our project - it was Silex, and particularly sales rep Matt Vincent, who listened to our goals and maintained a positive, professional and can-do attitude throughout to achieve said goals. We really felt that our home and project was in good hands.

Silex Fiberglass is the best windows company based on my personal experience. Very professional and they know what they are doing. John was very knowledgeable and confident of that the my windows will exceed my expectations after installation and indeed that exactly what happened.

We are very pleased with our window & door purchase and installation. The process began with the Matt from sales coming to our house and patiently listening to our requests and offering suggestions on what type of windows/doors would work best with the design of the house as well as what would match with the windows purchased a few years previous from a competitor. Matt was very patient and returned to the house a couple of times to remeasure and ensure we were getting what we wanted.
