Inside Sales Representative
We are a high-end quality fiberglass windows and doors manufacturer with showrooms and a fabrication plant in Winnipeg, Manitoba. For over 15 years, we have proudly served Contractors, Architects, Designers, and Homeowners throughout Canada.
As a rapidly growing and dynamic company, we are currently looking for a motivated, passionate, high-energy, hardworking, and detail-oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our highly successful team.
Main Responsibilities:
– Respond to sales leads
– Generate your own leads by prospecting for new clients and developing new accounts
– Identify, document, and track opportunities electronically
– Develop and implement account plans and strategies for existing and target customers
– Stay informed about products, new product options, and market trends
– Provide prompt and helpful answers to customer inquiries
– Perform takeoffs
– Generate quotes, agreements, and proposals, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
– Close sales and follow through with customers
– Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
– A strong work ethic with the ability to self-motivate
– A history of being a team player
– A proactive personality and a high degree of self-motivation
– Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
– Strong follow-up and closing skills
– The ability to present products based on unique customer needs
– High integrity in all business dealings
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
– The ability to read plans (an asset)
– A Bachelor’s degree (preferred)

Production Lead Hand
We’re seeking a skilled Production Lead Hand to oversee our window and door manufacturing operations. You’ll be responsible for:
Leading our team to maximize efficiency, reduce waste, and meet tight deadlines.
Quality Assurance: Ensuring products meet the highest quality standards and customer specifications.
Team Leadership: Motivating and developing our production team to achieve peak performance.
Problem-Solving: Identifying and resolving production bottlenecks and technical issues.
What You’ll Bring:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in the window and door industry
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- A hands-on approach and a passion for manufacturing excellence
- The ability to work effectively under pressure
